����ţţ. announced today a key hire to the South Central Region’s development team. will join ����ţţ as Vice President of Real Estate Development in its Dallas-Fort Worth office.

Rowsey comes to ����ţţ from RED Development, where he worked as the development executive for The Union Dallas, a $400M mixed-use development. Prior to his time at RED, he spent six years with KDC Real Estate Development and Investments.

Born and raised in Dallas, Rowsey is passionate about the Dallas market and committed to serving the people who do business there. “Paul loves the city and is deeply immersed in it, bringing extensive knowledge of the area and key local relationships,” said Hunter Barrier, President for ����ţţ’ South Central Region. “He has strong product and market knowledge and he understands the impact of real estate on the workforce. He knows the markets, the tenants and the brokers and he brings it all together for a successful outcome. We’re excited to have him as part of the team.” Rowsey will focus on sourcing opportunities in corporate build-to-suit and mixed-use and supporting ����ţţ’s presence and expansion in industrial, office and multifamily development.
