From regular safety trainings and site inspections to partnering with subcontractors who share our commitment, we ensure a proactive, inclusive approach to safety. Our focus on continual improvement is a testament to our company-wide value of safety and belief that everyone plays a role in fostering a safe environment.

For the third consecutive year, we’ve achieved zero lost time injuries with over 12 million hours worked and an experience modification rate (EMR) of 0.47—lower than the industry standard and a new benchmark for our team.

But our safety culture goes beyond physical protection. The construction industry has been disproportionately impacted by overdose deaths—a trend highlighted by a . In response, we’ve pledged to distribute naloxone at more than 100 sites and offices nationwide, as well as implement overdose response training for nearly 2,000 employees. These initiatives were amplified in March 2024 when we joined the  furthering our commitment to the health and safety of our teams.
