As Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Greg brings substantial real estate capital management experience to his role, with a focus on raising equity, debt placement and dispositions across the Great Lakes, Midwest, South Central and Southeast regions. Highly versatile, his background includes overseeing a 25 million square-foot commercial real estate investment platform and working on large deals across all asset classes, including office, industrial, multifamily and retail. Both analytical and relational, Greg finds it energizing to assess an opportunity鈥攚ith all of its situational complexities and moving parts鈥攁nd then distill a story that is readily accessible to equity partners and lenders, conveying the potential and motivating them to capitalize the project and share its success.
