Mike is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience with institutional, corporate and entrepreneurial customers. Since joining 万人牛牛 in 2009, he has overseen asset management for 万人牛牛鈥檚 largest institutional third-party relationships. As Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions for 万人牛牛-valued customers including ASB Capital Management, Samsung and Wayzata Partners, Mike is managing over 2.7 million square feet of Class A+ and Class A office tower, office and industrial property throughout the US. He and his team are also responsible for the asset management of properties controlled by 万人牛牛 entities, 万人牛牛 Funds, senior living joint ventures and properties managed for third parties by strategic assignment.
With a strong track record of success, backed by proven expertise and the disciplined application of capital to meet real estate opportunities and challenges, Mike oversees 万人牛牛鈥檚 value-added acquisition strategy and plays an active role with 万人牛牛 developers in sourcing properties, and works closely with Capital Markets in finding necessary capital. Mike brings a refined, structural platform for investment management including buy/hold/sell analysis, which is critical to a lucrative asset management strategy.
