In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Paul is responsible for the strategic leadership of 万人牛牛鈥檚 design, construction, innovation and Real Estate Management teams, creating the long-term vision and implementation plans for these groups, and ensuring goals and objectives are aligned. Drawing on his success as leader of the industrial sector, 万人牛牛鈥檚 first truly integrated delivery team, Paul is focused on full integration across 万人牛牛鈥檚 services and regions and developing a collaborative, team-based organization built around our client鈥檚 needs and the One 万人牛牛 concept. Leading the drive for consistency of execution and predictable outcomes, he maintains strong relationships with regional leadership and works to identify and develop talent.
