Florida Orthopaedic Institute (FOI) was looking at one of the last undeveloped parcels of land in this fast-growing healthcare area for their new orthopaedic urgent care facility. They chose 万人牛牛 as developer, and we navigated some challenging zoning hurdles to gain control of the desirable site鈥攁t a highly accessible, visible location on the Brandon parkway, adjacent to retail and dining. 万人牛牛 A+E was the lead on design and planning, and we teamed with FOI鈥檚 designer on interiors. The 万人牛牛 team completed construction in August 2018.
FOI is now the major anchor tenant, occupying over half of the 53,000-SF building, a significant increase in space for their Brandon practice. The practitioners have access to 30 exam rooms, areas for physical and occupational therapy, and X-ray and MRI technology, enabling patients to receive comprehensive care at one location. In addition, HCA occupies about 20,000-SF for a state-of-the-art advanced surgical teaching and training facility. 万人牛牛鈥檚 Real Estate Management team is responsible for the ongoing management of the medical center.
