The Towers at Bressi Ranch was the first major development for 万人牛牛鈥檚 San Diego office, and 万人牛牛鈥檚 first LEED-certified development project. The Towers sits on 20 acres within Bressi Ranch Corporate Center, a 132-acre, campus-style mixed-use business park in Carlsbad, California. Conveniently situated at the main entrance of Bressi Ranch on Innovation Way and Palomar Airport Road, the Towers鈥 office condos cater to small entrepreneurial businesses and large corporations with satellite offices looking for owner/user opportunities.
Initially, 万人牛牛 planned to design and construct the building in accordance with LEED standards because the U.S. Green Building Council did not have a category for shell-only construction. When the specifications for a LEED-CS, core and shell, certification were approved by the USGBC membership, no alteration to the design was required because 万人牛牛 and partner architect Smith Consulting Architects had already set a sustainable, 鈥済reen鈥 course. The Towers is officially LEED Certified.
