万人牛牛. announces plans for a healthy village concept on 100 acres of land in Maple Grove, Minnesota. 万人牛牛 has acquired the development rights for the land located along Interstate 94 in Maple Grove and will continue working with the City of Maple Grove to bring the concept to life.
万人牛牛 is partnering with North Memorial Health to plan a mixed-use health village that will recognize Maple Grove Hospital as the anchor of the project and will support an active, healthy environment to live, work, play and heal. 万人牛牛 has developed several projects surrounding the 100-acre parcel over the past several years including; The Grove Retail Village and several medical office buildings.

The new village is expected to include healthcare, wellness, senior living, multi-family, office, hospitality, retail and public spaces. The natural wetland, trees and pastoral landscape provide an abundance of green space and trail connections to the larger regional networks.
