Good office spaces tell the story of the kinds of employees who work there. For the GoDaddy Global Technology Center, ÍòÈËţţ helped to support a creative work style for 1,300 employees, including engineers, developers and customer-care representatives. The two-story, 150,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility, complete with slide and climbing wall, sits on 7.26 acres in Arizona State University’s Research Park and will serve as one of nine facilities nationwide for the world’s largest domain name registrar and web hosting provider.

Not only did GoDaddy know what they wanted, they wanted it fast. With the original plans slating the facility for 100,000 SF, later developments quickly expanded the vision to 150,000 SF, requiring an entirely revamped approach. GoDaddy’s aim with the project was a fun, high tech, creative office space that would show their unique approach to work and attract their ideal employee. The design was intended to be open and inviting—a space where employees would thrive. ÍòÈËţţ’s relationship with ASU’s Research Park, combined with our ability to respond to GoDaddy’s vision while maintaining a tight schedule, were the keys to the success of this project.
